Park in the City
We know how hard it can be to entertain your kids over the Summer holidays! That’s why we are very excited to announce that this Summer we will be launching our new play area within The Lanes.
Located in Centre Square, the free play area will have football, sandpits, toys and much more to entertain so you can put your feet up for five!
Open from Saturday 21 July until Monday 3 September from 10am – 4pm everyday.
Alongside this we will be running our Crafty Wednesdays. Artventurers will join us from 11am – 3pm every Wednesday from 25 July up to and including 22 August.
Activities will include:
- 25 July – Make your own pirate or mermaid treasure chest
- 1 August – Fly your own kite with make your own paper bag kites
- 8 August – Head down to the seaside and make your own colourful fish wand
- 15 August – Ensure you’re beach ready with your own beach windmills
- 22 August – Make your own jingly jangly jellyfish
Join us on Saturday 21 July for the official opening along with CFM for your chance to dig in our treasure pit and the chance to win lots of exciting prizes!
