FAQ

How does it work?

The Lanes Xtra rewards card offers customers the chance to take advantage of special offers and treats across all participating stores.

To keep it simple, all you have to do is shop and remember to scan. Every purchase counts as one scan. The more you scan, the more rewards you will receive.

To start scanning, collect your card from the till point at any participating store. Scan the card, enter your email address and you will instantly unlock your initial rewards.

How can I find out what the offers are?

We will email you with all your offers. We will also notify you when you are reaching your next level of rewards and when you have reached that level with a full listing of all the offers available. Alternatively, you can view the full list of offers on our website.

Do the offers change?

To give you the best possible shopping experience, we will make sure the offers available are changed regularly and throughout the year.

Can I still access the offers on below tiers?

Of course. By scanning, you will unlock more offers plus your previous offers!

How can I tell if I have moved to the next tier?

We will email you when you are close to reaching the next tier and when you have reached the next tier.

Can anyone join?

The card is available to anyone over 14 years old, including Centre staff.

What happens to my data?

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our members and will store your data in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. Please see Terms & Conditions for more information.

What if I lose my card?

If you lose your card, all you have to do is pick a new one in any participating store, register it with the same email and your points will be carried over to your new card.

The Lanes is not responsible for any unauthorised use of your rewards card which is made by a third party whilst it is lost or stolen.

What if I don’t show my card at the point of purchase?

Unfortunately points can only be redeemed at the point of purchase and can not be collected afterwards.

I don’t want to be part of the scheme anymore

All you have to do is simply unsubscribe from out emails the next time you receive one and cut up your card.
