Our team at the information desk will provide directions and information regarding our retail offer in the centre. Pick up a store guide and other information that will show what The Lanes and the city has to offer.

ATM

An ATM site is situated in Globe Lane opposite Toni & Guy.

Toilets

Following a full refurbishment in November 2006 The Lanes Shopping centre toilet facilities have been awarded a prestigious 5 stars from the British Toilet Associationn for four consecutive years. Our facilities are situated on Globe Lane.

Library

The library is conveniently located inside the Lanes Centre. A variety of computers with Microsoft Word can be found upstairs in the office suite.
