Following a full refurbishment in November 2006 The Lanes Shopping centre toilet facilities have been awarded a prestigious 5 stars from the British Toilet Association. Our facilities are situated on Globe Lane

Library

The library is conveniently located inside the Lanes Centre. A variety of computers with Microsoft Word can be found upstairs in the office suite.

Special Parking Facilities

Accessibility parking bays for blue badge holders only are on level 2 and level 1 of the Debenhams side of the car park.  Parent and Child bays are on Levels 1, 2 and Level 1 of the Debenahms side of the Car Park.

Shopmobility

This is a free service providing manual and powered scooters, it is located on level 2 of The Lanes Shopping Centre Car Park it is open Monday to Friday from 10 am until 4 pm and 10 am to 1 pm on a Saturday for further details please call 01228 625950.

ServiceCall

This is a system designed to make it easier for you to use shops and services it is installed at The Lanes Shopping Centre Car Park. You simply aim a small infrared transmitter to activate a  receiver and someone will come to assist you.
